Why Do School Districts Offer Onsite Vaccination?
Designed for School Environments
Structured for high throughput and minimal disruption to the school day.
Supports Students, Staff, and Families
Our clinics serve the entire school community through a single coordinated event.
Simple for School Teams to Manage
We handle all logistics; schools just focus on communication.
Proven at the District Level
Experience coordinating district-wide programs with multiple dates and clinic sites.
Helping to Reduce the Chaos During a Busy Time of Year.
Families without school-located vaccine opportunities often have to create time for multiple appointments.
That doesn't always work out.
Why Do Families Choose School-Hosted Clinics?
Takes Care of the Whole Family at Once
All family members can attend a single vaccination event rather than multiple individual pharmacy appointments.
Covered by Insurance
Families with in-network insurance pay nothing out-of-pocket. No surprise fees or balance billing.
Easy Online Signup Process
Registration is quick, and takes place ahead of the clinic.
Available Where They Are
No need to schedule appointments after school or make a special trip to the pharmacy.
Trusted, Familiar Environment
Clinics take place at school with licensed nurses in a setting families already know.
How it Works
All the steps required to host vaccination clinics, plus details about clinic day.
1. Submit a clinic request
We’ll coordinate with your district's point of contact to design a clinic schedule tailored to the needs of your district.
2. Share with your school community
About a month before your clinic, we provide a registration link and QR code flyer. Share it digitally and post it in your schools so your people can sign up.
3. We run your clinic(s)
Our nurses arrive on-site, set up, and manage the entire process—from check-in to vaccine administration.
All you need to provide:
-
A space to operate in (lunch room, auditorium, vacant classroom, etc.)
-
Tables and chairs for staff and patients
4. Simple check-in and vaccination
Families check in digitally and receive the vaccines they registered for—quickly and efficiently.
5. Records handled automatically
All vaccination records are securely uploaded to the Washington State Immunization Information System.
